Kiawah Island and Seabrook Island, SC. Our mailing address is PO Box 25, Johns Island, SC 29455.
What do you check on a walkthrough?
AC units, light bulbs, refrigerators, doors, windows and locks. We watch for plumbing and roof leaks, water damage, water intrusion and wood rot, change air and water filters, and oversee bigger projects.
Will I get photos?
Yes. We inspect and send pictures of work performed. See a sample report.
Who runs Island Life Services?
We're family owned and operated by owners Chris and Rebekah, with Katelynn as manager.
How much experience do you have?
Over 20 years of cleaning experience.
