We inspect and send pictures of work performed, and can schedule repairs.

Bring in or secure outdoor furniture, grills, planters and decor
Clear gutters and downspouts
Close and lock all windows and doors; install shutters or panels if you have them
Unplug electronics and small appliances
Set refrigerator and freezer to their coldest settings
Check that sump pumps and drains are clear
Move valuables and documents off the floor and away from windows
Photograph the home inside and out for your records
Confirm who will check the home after the storm
